Submission deadline
The deadline for abstract submission is 18 December 2026.
All participants who wish to contribute to the conference are kindly requested to submit their abstracts before the deadline.
Abstract evaluation process
All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Based on the submitted abstracts, the Scientific Committee will decide which contributions will be accepted as oral presentations and which ones will be presented as posters.
Authors will be informed about the decision by email after the evaluation process has been completed.
Previous Abstract Books
The abstracts of previous DOCIDOH conferences are available in the published abstract books.
The books contain the accepted abstracts of presentations and posters, published with DOI identifiers.

Online Conference and Workshop
The conference and workshop will be held online via the Webex platform.
Participants will receive the access link and technical information before the event.

To ensure a smooth participation experience, we recommend the following:
