The formal requirement of the abstract
- Please prepare the abstract in an MS Word document (.doc or .docx format).
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt, single spaced, line excluded.
- Title in bold, after a line is omitted, the surname and first name of the author(s) in italics, separated by a comma in the case of multiple authors.
- After a line is omitted, the workplace (affiliation) of the author(s), in normal letters. In the case of several authors, the different workplaces are indicated by numbers in a superscript.
- Then (only) the e-mail address of the corresponding author, in black font, without underlining.
- The text of the abstract, maximum 250 words.
- If necessary, indicate the supporting organization or project: after the abstract, omitting one line in the same format as the abstract.
- The file size of the abstract presentation(s) must not exceed 2 MB.
- Deadline for submitting the abstract: 01 September 2026.
