Registration Fees and Discounts


The registration fee includes:

  • participation in plenary and parallel sessions,
  • refreshments during breaks,
  • conference package (name badge, programme booklet, promotional materials),
  • conference dinner,
  • optional cultural programme (participation subject to prior registration).

 

Registration Fees for Presenters and Accompanying Persons / Co-authors:

Early Bird Registration (until 31 January 2026):
35,000 HUF + VAT or 90 EUR + VAT

Standard Registration (from 1 February 2026):
50,000 HUF + VAT or 130 EUR + VAT

 

Free Participation

Conference participation is free of charge for staff members and active students of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Debrecen.
Please note that the conference dinner fee is not included for them and must be paid separately in case they wish to attend. The participation fee for the conference dinner is: 15,000 HUF + VAT or 40 EUR + VAT.
